On behalf of all members of the Carlow Photographic Society, we would like to extend a huge thank you to Julie Corcoran AIPF who gave such an inspirational presentation of her amazing works of art to members last night. Julie showcased stunning creative photography and was so giving of her knowledge and skills, encouraging to all throughout.

Some of the CPS members would have had the privilege of displaying her successful A panel for the IPF Distinction Sitting held in Carlow in September 2017 🌟

We look forward to welcoming her back in the near future for a workshop, thanks again for a great night 💫

Members of Carlow Photographic Society are very excited to be welcoming Julie Corcoran AIPF to our club for a presentation this Wednesday night.
Julie got her Irish Photographic Federation Associateship in Carlow in September 2017 and we look forward to seeing her beautiful images and hearing all about her growing talent to date.
Definitely going to be a great night 💫

A Huge Thank You goes out to Graphic Artist Martin Millar who gave members of the CPS a wonderful presentation and demonstration of his stunning works of art today.
They were amazing to view, to watch and hear how his creative mind (and musical influences) composed these. Inspiring and he certainly got the creatives juices flowing for members, many thanks Martin for a great day.

It was a huge honour to be hosting the Irish Photographic Federation Distinction Sitting in such a fantastic venue, The George Bernard Shaw Theatre in Carlow on Saturday.

Members of the Carlow Photographic Society had the privilege of assisting on the day next to such a high calibre of judges and with IPF President Dom Reddin and Bob Morrison.
It was also a pleasure to welcome council member Ray Spence from The Royal Photographic Society who sat in and viewed how the IPF operate their Distinction Sittings.

We would like to extend huge congratulations to everyone who went forward for their Distinction, successful or not, you all produced some amazing photography and certainly gave us as a club, inspiration for going forward for our own Distinctions in the near future. We look forward to hosting this event again some day.

We are really looking forward to hosting the Irish Photographic Federation Distinction Sitting taking place tomorrow in The George Bernard Shaw Theatre, Carlow.

To those coming to view the Distinction Sitting, we would recommend you bring binoculars to clearly see and admire the images being judged on stage.

We would like to wish all those taking part the very best of luck 😊🍀
